If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Smart Packaging Lane

Smart Packaging Lane provides custom packaging solutions, including custom boxes, branded packaging, retail packaging, shipping packaging, and other packaging products and services.

Because many of our products are customized according to individual customer requirements, product specifications, pricing, production timelines, and other details may vary from project to project.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, materials, finishes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, certain differences may occur because of:

  • Screen and monitor settings

  • Lighting and photography

  • Printing processes

  • Material characteristics

  • Manufacturing tolerances

  • Natural variations in paper, cardboard, kraft, or other materials

  • Custom production requirements

Images displayed on the website may be examples or representations and may not always reflect the exact appearance of a finished custom order.

4. Custom Packaging Orders

Most packaging products offered by Smart Packaging Lane can be customized according to customer requirements.

Customization may include:

  • Box size

  • Shape and structure

  • Material

  • Thickness

  • Printing

  • Colors

  • Finishes

  • Coatings

  • Inserts

  • Windows

  • Handles

  • Closures

  • Logos

  • Artwork

  • Branding

  • Special structural features

The final specifications should be confirmed before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges.

5. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are prepared based on the information provided by the customer.

Pricing may depend on factors such as:

  • Product type

  • Box dimensions

  • Quantity

  • Material

  • Printing requirements

  • Finishing options

  • Inserts or additional components

  • Shipping destination

  • Production requirements

  • Special customization

A quotation may have an expiration period or may be subject to change if the project specifications change.

A quote does not constitute a confirmed order until the required order confirmation and payment conditions have been completed.

6. Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Names and contact details

  • Shipping and billing information

  • Product specifications

  • Box dimensions

  • Quantity

  • Artwork

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Design instructions

  • Delivery requirements

Smart Packaging Lane is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or production issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

7. Artwork and Design Approval

Where applicable, we may provide digital proofs, artwork previews, or design mockups before production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the final proof.

Once the customer approves artwork or production specifications, the order may proceed to production.

The customer should verify:

  • Spelling

  • Grammar

  • Measurements

  • Colors

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Product information

  • Barcode or QR code information

  • Placement of design elements

  • Quantity

  • Box structure and specifications

Smart Packaging Lane is generally not responsible for customer-approved errors that were present in the approved artwork or specifications.

8. Color Variation

Printed colors may vary slightly between digital artwork displayed on a screen and the final printed product.

Color variation can occur due to differences in:

  • Monitors and displays

  • Digital color profiles

  • Printing processes

  • Ink or toner

  • Paper and board materials

  • Coatings and finishes

For this reason, exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed unless an agreed color-matching process or physical proof has been specifically arranged.

9. Samples and Prototypes

If a physical sample or prototype is requested, the sample may differ slightly from the final production run due to production methods, materials, equipment, or manufacturing tolerances.

Any sample requirements, costs, and timelines will be communicated before the sample is produced.

10. Minimum Order Quantities

Certain products, materials, printing methods, or customization options may have minimum order quantities.

Minimum quantities may vary depending on the product and project requirements.

Any applicable minimum quantity will be communicated during the quotation or ordering process.

11. Payment

Payment requirements will be communicated to the customer before an order is confirmed.

Depending on the order, we may require:

  • Full payment

  • A deposit

  • Partial payment

  • Payment according to an agreed schedule

An order may not enter production until the required payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

Additional charges may apply when the customer requests changes, additional services, upgraded materials, revised specifications, or other work outside the original quotation.

12. Production

Production begins after the applicable requirements have been completed, which may include payment, artwork approval, specification confirmation, and order approval.

Production timelines are estimates unless a specific delivery or production date has been expressly agreed in writing.

Production may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Material availability

  • Artwork delays

  • Customer approval delays

  • Manufacturing issues

  • Equipment problems

  • Shipping delays

  • Holidays

  • Weather

  • Customs procedures

  • Events outside our reasonable control

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on the production schedule, shipping method, destination, carrier, customs procedures, and other circumstances.

Estimated shipping or delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Once an order has been handed to a shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other external circumstances may be outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Additional charges may apply if an order requires reshipping because of incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

14. International Orders and Customs

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Smart Packaging Lane is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance, import restrictions, or other government procedures.

15. Order Changes

Customers should review all order details before confirming an order.

Requests to change an order after confirmation may be subject to:

  • Additional charges

  • Design or artwork fees

  • Material costs

  • Production delays

  • Shipping changes

Once production has started, some changes may not be possible.

Any approved changes will be confirmed with the customer before additional work is performed where reasonably possible.

16. Cancellation

Because custom packaging products are produced according to individual customer specifications, cancellation rights may be limited after production has started.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If production, material purchasing, design, printing, or other work has already started, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred.

Any applicable refund will be determined based on the order status, work completed, materials purchased, and applicable law.

17. Returns and Refunds

Custom-made packaging products may not be eligible for return simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer requires the product.

If you believe an order has a manufacturing defect, printing issue, incorrect specification, damage, or another significant problem, contact us promptly after receiving the order.

When reporting an issue, we may request:

  • Order information

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Images of the packaging

  • Details describing the issue

  • Quantity affected

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Where appropriate, a resolution may include replacement, correction, credit, refund, or another mutually agreed solution.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition of the package and products with photographs as soon as reasonably possible.

You should contact Smart Packaging Lane promptly so that we can review the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate with the shipping carrier.

Failure to document or promptly report damage may affect our ability to investigate a shipping claim.
